تتعاون Metro Arts مع American for the Arts (AFTA) لاستضافة متدربين في التنوع في قيادة الفنون (DIAL) ، وهي تجربة تطوير مهني صيفية مصممة خصيصًاتعزيز العدالة الثقافيةفي مجال إدارة الفنون. يبحث البرنامج عن مرشحين جامعيين جامعيين من خلفيات ممثلة تمثيلا ناقصا تاريخيا في قيادة الفنون. يتم مطابقة المتدربين مع المنظمات الفنية المحلية غير الربحية والمشاركة في مشاريع إدارية مدفوعة الأجر من شأنها دعم المنظمة وتوسيع مهارات ومعارف المتدرب.

Goals of this program:

Provide undergraduate interns with direct work experience in the arts sector.

Facilitate connection between arts administrators and professionals at different stages in their careers.

Support the capacity of local arts organizations.

Increase the visibility and connectivity of arts organizations and artists in Nashville.
